Lime Essential Oil is used for its energizing, fresh and uplifting aroma. Lime oil is expressed from the peel of the lime fruit. Its sweet yet citrusy aroma blends well with so many other oils. Add to diffuser blends. Use with caution on the skin as it is photo-toxic.

Lime Essential Oil Uses
Oil of lime can be used in the same way as other citrus oils. It can be added to skin and hair care products for it's purifying properties and fresh citrus aroma. Added to diffuser blends it has an uplifting effect. Like other citrus oils it can be used in household cleaning. Add a few drops to your mop water to give a fresh aroma to the whole house. Also adding a few drops of lime essential oil to your cleaning cloth when wiping over bathroom surfaces can help to remove soap scum.
